Hello, I'm Tamara.

An abstract painter from Ukraine, currently based in Japan.

The origins of her creativity date back to 2018, when she opened a photo studio in her home country. After her first experience as a model in Tokyo, she developed a desire to create her own space, and together with her parents, she built a studio from scratch. Utilizing the knowledge she gained from her time studying architecture and interior design as a student, as well as her plastering qualifications, she discovered the joy of transforming a space with her own hands.

I have always been drawn to art, design and crafts. After moving back to Tokyo in 2022, I naturally picked up a paintbrush, and my sensitivity to photography, light and texture led to expression on canvas.

I often paint with my fingers, which allows me to feel the movement and flow of energy more directly when I create.

It's a moment when emotions and memories seem to emerge as colors.

The purpose of my art is to capture this and give it form.I am attracted to abstract paintings because they have space for each viewer to find their own meaning.
